If such activity is detected, Betinapp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the relevant account, freeze the account balance, and report the matter to law enforcement authorities if necessary.

Betinapp reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Serious breach of terms and conditions.
• Registering with false information.
• Failure to provide the required documents for KYC verification.
• Prolonged inactivity (over 12 months) — prior notice will be given in such cases.
• In the event of an account holder's death or incapacity, the balance will be transferred upon application by the legal heir.
